Bruce- How big of group would you need to have these made for the E55?

We are currently building the prototype long tube header using 1 7/8" primaries and we will be using a composite gasket since the puny OEM ones won't work!!

The center section is already done and it will bolt up to the factory resonator.

We will be doing an E63/CLS63, CLK63 and E55/CLS55 group buy once we are satisfied with the 55 long tubes!

I love ARH headers and to have them available for the 55 is too good to be true. These should be the answer!

ARH is about 5 minutes from me and the owner Nick and I have an awesome business relationship as well as a great friendship. When our families get together we always have amazing times eating, drinking and just blowing off steam.

I'm in the market for E55 LTs and am a huge fan of ARH. I've chatted with the owner at PRI, good people! Their Corvette stuff is top shelf, how long are we looking at for 55K headers?

We are waiting for the composite gaskets to get made since we are using 1 7/8 primaries and the OEM gaskets will not work. We should have the prototype done in 2-3 weeks and then I will finish building that E55 and see what type of numbers we get on the dyno.

Khalid- I have a CLS lined up for the test fitment AS SOON AS WE FINISH the prototype on the E55.

It will be worth the wait brother. You know that!!!!!

Yeah I can't wait to get the LTH installed. My E63 is bone stock so I will get it dyno before and after. I'm curious to see what the number will be. I will video everything.

^Glad your doing before and after dyno runs which will be taped. im sure ALOT of people(including me) will be interested in the results.
If possible id look into an external mic setup since usually onboard mics on camera/video cameras are horrible quality. I think you can even rent them at ritz or penn camera(or just buy and return the thing the next day. If you cant no biggie but blown out audio clips rub me the wrong way

Not that long, I placed my order with Bruce on 3/29, ARH ship it out on 4/12 and I got it 4/19. Ship directly from ARH in Farmingdale, NY.
