I am asuming these headers will replace the secondary cats?
Are they a straight bolt on, or do I have to cut my exhaust?

Hasan to my knowledge these headers are designed for the SC M113 , not your N/A 63 engine , you might want to shoort an email to Bruce at TTM and ask him what he has for your car , Regards, Max

They should move or make another LTH tread for E55 cuz this tread was orignal started for E63 and btw the ARH/TTM LTH for E63 are already in production.
