Updated Mirrors Install Help
I am trying to install the facelifted mirrors on my E55. I thought they would be a direct swap, but am having a hard time installing them. Can anyone that has done this mod please share their experience. Thanks.

Yeah I had the same problem. Drilling will be required and it is a PITA. I drilled new holes to line up the prongs on the new mirrors then I secured them on the inside door panel using fender washers, small washers, lock washers, and 5 or 6mm Allen head bolts.

If you need any additional help lmk, but it will probably take about 3 to 4 hours.

There are no kits for the entire assembly, the only way to get them is used from eBay or wherever.

They are plug and play, major pain to install though.
