need some advice

OK...here is the situation:

Currently my Merc has an S55 HEat exchanger stacked in front of the radiator. It has a johnsons pump and the supercharger cooling system is running separate from the engine coolant. The front of my car was hit by someone ina hit-n-run.

Options:

1. Buy the new Eurocharged HE and not cut the brackets again

2. Leave it like it is, cut the front brackets and continue to run completely Heat Soak free.

The new HE looks sexy but the funds are low and I am supporting 2 houses right now. I knwo it sounds like my mind is made up but i have the opportunity to have the front of my car rebuilt for free

What would you guys do?

Josh

Is the S55 exchanger better than aftermarket units?

Well, I track the car has been tracked (hot lapped) pretty regular and has NEVER heat soaked...so I would say it is pretty good
