Question Strange Electrical issue,Please take a look

I bought my 07 E63 used of course and theres a few things that need attention. Can you guys comment on any of these electrical bugs?

The first issue that the rear sunshade doesnt work.No biggie , so I took it apart and tested it and it works fine on a bench test. The 2 motor wires to the sunshade are 12 volts to go up and down. The button on the dash only apply's 12 volts in 1 direction (down). So is it the switch or is it the SAM unit(fuse box) in trunk?

The next issue is my sirius tuner.Sometimes I turn on the radio and it will say "aquiring signal".This will not go away sometimes until I restart the car again. Its a hit or miss.Normally this means a bad antenna since it does go out often even when it doesnt give me that message but I think It is a CAN/MOST issue? When it works it will go out in spotty areas but more so than normal sirius radio equipt cars. And other times I could drive for hours and it always say no signal, any ideas here?AM/FM/CD/Ipod all work fine at all times.

I would say run a test light to the appropriate fuse for the rear sunshade and push the switch and see if you're getting 12v to the fuse. If you're not it's probably the switch.

I used a meter to test this and the fuse is ok.I think the switch may not be bad and the SAM is not telling it to reverse the polarity to cycle again? The switch is just a momentary switch, not a on/off switch.

Hmmm... Is it possible your car is still under warranty?
