Hey Vic55,
I got my wheels from Visionauotsport. Man.... 20" were toooo large. The tire are 245X30 in the front and 285X25 in the back.... They are so "low", but it does looks SICK!!! Now, I am really driving SLOW when the road condition is bad... And plz don't talk about the bumps at parking lots....
I'll post few pic next week after my vocation. Just had the wheels install today. The front is ok, but I need to lower more at back by another 1.5cm. Now, the front is little over 1 finger gap and back is little less thean 2 fingers gap.... Did not have enough time to finish today since it is already 7:30PM. I like to keep at 1 finger gap, because the airmatic will drop another 0.5 inche when reach 70mph.
BTW, the Maya did not make this size for W211, and I have to special request for the wheels at this size. Personal, I think 19" is better choice than 20", but the 20"'s were really SICK looking.

I just got the digital camera charge up and wait unit I finish lowering the rear and wash the car, and I will post few pics So far it looks good and the ride is different as my stock rims.

When you do 245X35 in the front and 275X30 in the back, your wheel sizes were too large and need to "cut the bolt. No other way around. Unless you doing like what I did.... 245X30 and 285X25, but only one kind of tire to choose....

Vic55...your car was an inspiration to me...I loved your choice in wheels so much I decided to get them for my E55. I decided on the 19" Hyperblack version w/ SO3's (245F/275R).
The mod shop I deal with told me that this was a special order that would take 30 to 45 days to get...but I could get the graphite diamond cut version next week if I wanted.
I decided to wait and go with the hyperblack. I just the love the lip on these rims!!!!

...that's the graphite diamond cut version of the STM? The face is polished and the side of the spokes are graphite color per the mod shop I use.

Eleanor Owner, That's got to be a first - Love E55 so much that he has to own 2 of them. Hey, I would have waited for the 2006 Mid Model update version with new styling and 6.3 liter V8! Now that would be a nice stable of W211's:
2004 E55 AMG
2006 E63 AMG
2004 E55 AMG
2006 E63 AMG

Yeah, one of the E55's (the black one) is my dads. He bought it and we loved it so much, I got one for myself. Tell me more about this 2006 E63. Ive NEVER heard of it. If its as much as its cracked up to be, I'll trade one of mine in for a new one when it comes out.

The W211 E-Class chassis is due for a "face-lift" as earlier as the 2006 model year. The current engines with dual plugs and 3 valves per cylinder will be phased out and the AMG superchargers dropped in favor of normally aspirated engines. The 6.3 liter engine is supposed to be over 500+HP but a less torque in a 4 valve direct injection setup.

Cool, thanks for the info. Might just get one and throw on a supercharger to get that extra torque . Are there any pics of the new facelift? The Silver W211 is actually going into "surgery" next Tuesday. Ive got 2 Lorinser spoilers on the way and some smoked lights. Im also painting that annoying black piece in between the exhaust as well. Hope it comes out nice. Thanks again for the info!

I bet you can do better than that! How about taking the pics outside the garage with some light? Those pics don't do justice to thw wheels or the car.

AMG@805,
Yes. Please post more pics in some better lighting.. Can you post a shot of the side of the car so we can see both front and rear wheels.
Those look awesome on a black E55.. I might be doing the same thing on mine.
What make and model of wheels are those? Specs please...
