I just posted on my "I got a new car- neener neener" thread, however I want in here too.
(I need to change the setting on my camera- this looks like a dill-hole took the picture. -Um, nevermind. I did)

Thanks much!! The front lip is Carlsson and the rear spoiler is from an e63. On a side note, mine might be for sale soon.

I wouldnt go with paint. There is to much heat and it would end up chiping off. If anything what you would need to do is either get a new set of tips or cut off you existing tip and have them powder coated with high temp powder.

not true at all. I used high temp matte paint to black out my staight pipe on my STi, worked just fine with no problems for 2yrs no chipping. and it was the whole catback not just tips that was painted. just make sure to prep the tips real good and you will be fine with paint.

What ever floats you boat. All I know is that powder coat is more durable and will most likely outlast paint.

E 63S Wagon Renntech, E55 Renntech, SL65, SL 55 030, ML, bunch of old ones--they come, they go...
Not my best pictures...
but will get some more once this incredible heat here eases up. 07 E63 Graphite designo, with new style 63 19's, SDS lowered, flat badge, huper tint, some bulb upgrades, remote passport, pano. Slightly understated, and great to drive. Wish could have a meet where we could get tons of them together....

Congrats! I previously owned (2) BMW M3s, and the E55 and E63 are like sledgehammers powerwise compared to the M cars. Do not get me wrong, I loved my M3s, and still think they were some of the most fun cars that I have ever owned. But hitting the gas and being launched forward with as much power as these AMG cars have is unreal.
