Alignment

So its been 5 months since I installed the 19" Rodericks and had it lowered via star. I took it to the stealership a month ago to get the alignment checked...they were able to get most of the pull out but not all of it. My tires are also wearing on the inside so they said drive it for 500 miles and they will recheck it. One thing they mentioned is that I might need to buy a $300 "bolt kit" to fix both issues. My question is what is this $300 bolt kit and what does it do?

My guess it's to get the camber within specs, there's no camber adjustment on these cars. With that said, i'm running about 2 degrees negative camber and have even tire wear. My toe and caster? are within factory spec. My car is also pretty low Another thing i've noticed, Sport II on the suspension eats up the inside of the front tires.

I think they mean a camber kit.
You can adjust the camber so you don't have to wear out the inner edges of the tire because of negative camber.

the camber bolts/crash bolts are like $40 so do NOT let that dealer charge you $300...and they still won't cure all the negative camber on a lowered e55.

if you want to adjust the camber you'll need the kmac camber kit.
