My E55 got hit....

My E55 got hit....
I was on my way to a friends house yesterday, and came to a 4-way stop. Came to a stop, and did not see anyone else at the stop, so I started through the intersection. About 3/4 of the way through, I hear a "BAM" and the rear of the car kicks out to the left. Car does it thing, fixes the slide/straightens out, and I pull over. I look in the rearview mirror and see a red Hyundai that has faded paint, missing mirror, etc sitting in the middle of the intersection behind me.
Hit the hazards, and well....
Any advice? I am going to see my doctor later today just to get checked out.
As for damage to the car... There is damage to both passenger side doors, and the quarter panel... I am (hopefully) going to get some quotes from a few bodyshops later today to see how bad the damage really is...

Man, I really hate to hear stories like this, because I know that it can happen to me. But, I'm glad that your okay. How about the other driver? Let us know what your insurance company, tell you aobut the repairs.

The story ended half way, tell us more. Who was the driver? Did they have insurance? What did they say? They didn't see you or got distracted?
Man some of these people on the road. The one thing I will never do in a car is text msg. I'm ok being on the phone and paying attention but one time back a year ago or so I was texting and when I looked up I saw stopped traffic in front of me slammed on the brakes and the ABS helped me out by me correcting to the right and missing the car by CM if not MM. Never texted again in the car since then.
