Help with wheel spacer sizes
I won in an auction a set of Vossen CV2's. They were taken off a 2010 E-class so they have a different offset than what I need on the 2004 E55. What I bought:
Front: 20 x 8.5 @ 44 offset
Rear: 20 x 10 @ 55 offset
I'm told the proper wheels would be .5" wider, with offsets of 32 and 42, respectively. So I was hoping to just put on some spacers. Two questions...
1. Would 12mm spacers all around be fine?
2. Does the front axel support hub centric?
I heard that the 2004 may need to be flat, without the flange. The rears are hub centric but that the fronts may not.
Thanks in advance!

if you need spacers I may have a 4 H&R 15mm hub centric spacers. they are brand new.
on the front hub the lip is big enough to accomodate a 12mm spacers without a lip. on the rear hub you will need a hub centric spacers.
BTW i also live in the Stafford/ SL area

I'm worried that 15mm maynot clear the calipers, no?
So you're saying I need flat spacers (not hub centric) up front?
Nice to meet you! Yeah, there's a few users in the greater Houston area I see. Cool!
