i ran consistent 1.71's on the heavy 19" rims you see in my sig and my t1r's were set at street psi (36). don't worry...the tires will outperform most people!

Yep - if I'm not mistaken - Clayton was running 11.4's on ALL SEASON TIRES (Conti DWS's). . . granted, not the same platform but I would argue it's even harder to keep traction in the TT...

my best on street tires was an 11.7 with a 1.7 60' at 119 (conti's DW's) and that was with just the Kleemann headers and a box tune - once the pulley came on - couldn't get lower than 11.8 with a 1.9 60' (same 19 street tires)....Next week - going to see what she can do with DRs

Good memory, BT. Yeah, I turned 8 11.4x that day on 18" all season tires all with 1.7x 60'.

I was also able to cut 1.7x 60's on my 20" Contisport 3's.

Didn't I cut a 1.70 on your street tires once? It was either yours or Sunir's SL55, that I did that with. Can't remember....

IF you meant "didn't I cut a 1.7 on your street tires, and then in doing a burnout that caked rubber on your car that I'm still peeling off and then have one of my rears with 7/32 tread left "mysterious" go flat the next day" - then yes

Don't bore me with the minutia, son.

I took it easy on your car. You should've seen what I did to Sunir's SL55! Ask him at the MIR rental coming up.

Found one of my all-season slips:

Was very close to a 1.69!

About 25 psi. I had the suspension raised to the highest level and softest ride. Also, did a burnout. I drove around the water and then backed in to it. It was a short burnout maybe three seconds or so.

So can I join the club? I'm the car on the right.

Niceeee

Im uploading mine now. This track day was about seeing why my car was failing up top end from last dyno and last weeks track day.

I did 4 runs in a row(check the time on the slips)and the car was trapping the same depending on the 60ft.

I was trapping 115 last week and the a/f was in the 10s on the dyno. After I tightened up the plugs the car felt way smoother and faster on the street and now these trap speeds prove the power is back!!!

Ill be hitting the dyno next week with the plugs torqued right...I also had no air filters last week at the track and last night I had them in so I pick up 1.5-2.0 mph with no filters everytime I run no filters!!!

I was so upset my car was trapping 115 with no filters and new something was up.with no filters I usually trap 96-97 in the 1/8 and on race gas I hit almost 99 on my PB run last year

Last night was pump and 100% the way i drive it everyday.

Iv added 80mm tb since my pb but temps yesterday were like 68-70 vs 46-50

I didn't know running 11's on street tires was such a big deal. My friend took my car on a memorial cruise. Called and asked if he could run it down the track. "I said sure, why not" pulled 11.9 with a 1.7 60' 90 degree weather and 120 degree track temp on nitto

I should of metioned running 11s with street tires at NED where they never prep the track.

My best 60ft is like 1.725 on M/Ts

Getting a 1.7 60 would put me mid to low 11s

NED track prep sounds a little like Sac's track prep
