Question about ride quality when lowered
I'm lowered via STAR plus 2 washers in the front. On medium to large bumps, I hit the bumpstops. I thought this was fairly normal until I started reading about others who claim a 2" drop, via the use of a lowering module, still rides like a dream. Is bumpstop contact normal after lowering?

People are FOS when they say it rides like stock when lowered. They do not, it's the nature of a suspension. Mine rides harder and my car is not dumped. I can still get 1/2 to a whole finger between tire and fender. Local roads on Sport 2 can be a little harsh but not as bad as my M5 was (on any surface that thing would rock your fillings out).

Mine is slammed and it's nowhere near stock! It rides better than stock if you like sporty and tight feel from your suspension, even in comfort it's still harsher than stock.
I love the looks but sucks that I get fender scrape every time I take a corner! I might have to raise it 1/2 inch!

Thats the beauty of an ELM my friend. Dial it up a notch when on shiaty roads, and drop it like its hot on the freeway or when parked. Or you could jack it up, pull the wheels, undo the supension and ad a few washers!
