Maybe he doesn't want to go through writing the whole list of parts? Does get a bit tedious. Idk but those numbers AT THE CRANK are doable with a jumbo pulley and heavy mods.

Everything else you see in publications, delaer stickers, tv and radio is advertised as Crank HP?
Maybe he's just sandbagging his ad? Whoever he sells this car to and they start bragging to real car guys about 650 hp, well then they will get their a$$ handed to them.

I saw that ad last week and thought those numbers were a little high. Plus like someone else mentioned, I wouldn't buy anything from East Oakland,..... or West Oakland for that matter.

Well I see 80mmTB( or larger) so you can assume pulley, tune, airboxes at least 500whp( which is 600's crank) with headers and cam, 650 is reasonable.
