Floored Fab Long Tubes: INSTALLED
Installed my FF LT's yesterday, and the quality and fit was pretty amazing. There are some tight clearances, but did not touch anywhere.
Being me, I can not settle for an out of the box part. I modified these headers. Ill save the details until I get tuned and dyno'ed HAHA
I will post up the PLM shorties and VRP down pipes in the classified. I made good power with them, however I hope to make more now
In terms of sound, it is not aggressive until you bury your foot. A little more rumble, but WOT is a different story.

What is funny is, when you put these headers on a e55, it really makes no difference in sound. I heard these headers this weekend with no cats, offroad x pipe going into stock mufflers, very tame imo!!!!

^ I agree. They give a little more rumble, but they are tame with stock resonator and mufflers. I converted these to a 3" collector, and that made a bit of a difference. You can hear the collector more as it scavenges. I don't want real loud, so I think it is perfect. I'll get a video tomorrow and post up, otherwise: This didn't happen.
I know there has been a debate as to whether a larger collector would be benificial, and the only way I will know is at the 1/4. I ran Friday at our local 1/8 mile, and I trapped 3MPH faster than ever before, and also was able to cut a 1.6 60' (On a parking lot surface) I think I have picked up a lot of top end, and not lost anything off the gate. Time will tell. Video forthcoming

96.77 was best trap. On my 11.41 (PB) my trap was 95.11
Best trap (at this track) was 94.1 previously.
I love Qualcom because they have 1/8 mile runs every other Friday night. The times and traps can not be compared to a "real track" because of many factors:
Its a parking lot surface
If they prep, it's bad
Track is on an incline
I use it to practice launches, and as a comparison. Real numbers will come as soon as MO SETS UP OUR FAMOSO TRIP!!!!! MO!!!!!
Im too lazy to video capture from a youtube video, but if you forward to 6:44, you get me running a race prepped 5.0 mustang.

1st part of video showns a Z06 who ate the wall.. I felt really bad for this guy.. but skip that and just watch ME!!!

The numbers at qualcom are deceiving, and since it is only an 1/8th mile, they don't mean a lot.
Like I said, I use it to test my mods, and my launch and reation time. I get some great data though.
After Famoso, where my PB had an 1/8 mile of 7.355 (11.41 quarter), the best I could run at Qualcom was 8.1
1/8th mile trap at Famoso was 95.11
So I have been using that as my gauge. Since my PB, I have picked up .8 sec and 2.67 MPH.. Just want to see how that translates back the other way. Again: MO??!!!
My buddies GTR runs 10's in the quater. He runs 7.3 here. He and I will run next week.. Video to follow, win, lose or draw

how was the install? Easy to extend the o2 sensors and no code since Jeremy returned the eliminate any CEL codes? Seriously considering purchasing the set thats for sale on here for my car.

I agree with ^^^^. It seems like it gets deeper and raspier as the days go by. Anybody put straight pipes on yet without the cats? I'm wondering how much more power we can get for that. Given its only a few bolts to swap them in and out, seems like it would be worth it to gain a few HP's...

btw, even with all cats removed, the sound is still quite tame going into e55 mufflers. remove some matting from the mufflers and it sounds really good...but even with that, you'll feel the tq loss!
