Daytime running lights?

You can set daytime running lights on or off. Mine has bi-xenons, and the daytime lights are xenon, at full intensity (if you don't have xenons, the running lights are halogen at lower intensity).

Are you sure about the Xenons at full intensity? That's awefully bright. I mean it would blind you the same as it would at night time. I'm sure its a halogen at a reduced brightness.
