I don't think so, I mean it will make 600rwhp/800rwtq on a good day, but you will have added a ton of weight upfront. Your top end maybe stronger but the 1320 would suffer in my opnion.
Look at what the 55K motors are making now, exotic metals for example, 600rwhp/700rtwq on a much lighter engine tranny setup. The 55K hits harder and from what I have seen is WAY easier to mod. So if you don't go Jody's route on the V12 platform, that 65 engine could make your W211 slower.

When I go from driving my CL600, then jump in my E55, the E55 feels like a little sports car around town because of the weight difference. But like you said, once that V12TT gets moving...
