Sorry to hear that Jack.... lets get the mods to screen his IP addresses so he can't change user names as easily and screw another member. In the mean time, start the PayPal dispute process or at least report it as a credit card fraudulent transaction.

We should be able to trust each other on this board. Especially the people that have been around for a while. For the most part we can, but then there are the 1% jerks that I guess just go through life being Fng jerks! And like Hammer says "it's not the money, it's the principle." sorry to hear about BA ripping you off. Too bad BA doesn't reside in CA, as a favor I would contact my legal counsel in Irvine and start the process to get a judgment in your favor for the $250 along with the cost of the legal fees. Then with that judgment you could attach it to any asset he owns.
At least we know you are straight up and handled your end of the transaction with class. Can't say the same for BA.

We definitely need a buyer feedback section for both individuals and vendors. This way anyone selling, or looking to buy can checkout somebodies past transaction history and not get JACKED.
For $250, BA was all this embarrassment worth it? That was what 2-3 gas fillups? Unless you gas n go or something
