10's anyone??
Haha, not quite but close.
I went to the track today since it's the last time they open this year. Weather were real nice, but the track prep was horrible. Anyway, I got 5 passes. The two fastest pass was 11.1s.
60' 1.749 1.715
1/8 7.249 7.213
mph 98.98 98.90
1/4 11.165 11.143
mph 126.76 126.01
I'm very happy with the result. Still a little disappoint for not getting the 10's pass. Oh well, next year. All this was on 93octane pump gas and 16" Hosier DRs.

I'm sure with better prep you will hit 10's, David. Nonetheless, very good times today!!
With the 16" DR's on I was able to hit 11.7@116 1.703 60'. It's amazing the difference good tires make, no loss of traction at all just dead hook. With the street tires on I couldn't stop from spinning deep into second. 12.4 was the best she would do on streets, and the car is running rich (10.1-10.7)

Congrats! Those are very quick times!
Try not to get caught up in the numbers. Regardless of what you think you would be happy with, once you get there, you start looking for a little more, and a little more, and a little more....

Thank you sir!
Thank to your rear tank, my entire run the AIT barely flicker.
I know, I need the elusive "driver mod". I can't cut a consistent 60' time.
I told you, you needed tires. And may be my TB kit
Is it your E55?
The usual, longtube headers, 82mm tb kit, 180mm pulley, HE, and rear tank.

Haha, it's a blessing man. If I ran 10's today I probably looking to sell the car and pick up a 911 like you or a GTR. This way I still have something to look forward to next year.

Man, everyone is knocking on the (10's) door... Sucks that tracks on the East Coast close so early in the season, but I guess snow drags would be a little scary
I think we will have the annumal Famoso rental in December, and of course, everyone will be shooting for this...

Congrads man! seems like with a 1.64 60' she would've given you that glorious 10 second pass. Prep must have sucked. Regardless the traps are on point and i am sure you are feeling good too. Set up a rental and go do it
