How many gears does the 03 have? 5 or 6 speed auto trans?

5 gears, the 7 speed transmission internals weren't strong enough to handle the torque of the supercharge engine.

so 5 gears no Overdrive? I just want to make sure.... I go about 65 mph and Tachometer is at like 2100 rpms.....is that right?

That's about right, as I'min 7th gear at 80mph @ 2100 rpm in the E63, but the cars are geared differently.
