Winter Wheels for E55 w211

Hi All,
Does anyone know if I can run 16" or 17" wheels for winter? Will they clear my AMG calipers? Any suggestions? I am running aftermarket 20"ers now and sold my 18's last year (dumb dumb, I know). I also like to know experiance with E55 in winter as I have not ever driven it in the winter....

You can't run a 16" or 17" wheels for winter, although they might clear the rear calipers. They will not clear the fronts. 18" is the minimal size needed.

I have this 18" setup wheels, tires, mounted and balanced:

Wheels : $1199 Shipped
Tires : $990.00 Mounted And Balanced
_______________
$2189.00 Total with shipping

Konig Milogram: 18x8.5 & 19x9.5

Bridgestone Blizzak LM-60 (Performance Winter/Snow) 245/40/18 & 265/35/18

I wouldn't go smaller than stock, these wheels are light weight, lighter than stock. Let me know if you need them:
