FYI the gloss black grilles are back in stock for those doing the conversion from a 55.
I waited 2 months for these to get back in stock, gave up, and purchased a E63 grille last week. Over the weekend, I get an email from express part saying they are back in stock!

E63 conversion
Cracked my front bumper! I have no more excuse not to do this conversion. I assume Gary has this bumper covers (non-PDC) instock for pick-up anytime.
Any other versions for the front lip aside from the Godhand version?

E-Mailed Gary for an invoice.. Ready to do this!! Why I wait is beyond me, it is such an improvement over the old style bumper.
Going to go backwards through thread to try to see what else I need to get. (04 w/PDC)

Same Boat - I was looking to do other mods first, now it looks like this on my agenda too. Have to read into the thread because I understand we'll have to pick up some other parts also?

Gary - I just noticed one of the chrome rings around my fog light is missing.
Anything I can do for a replacement? It's kind of an eyesore and you can really see where not much glue was used to put in on in the first place.

Ordered, but out of stock... Supposed to have some in on the 20th. All other parts and pieces have arrived (pats.com), and I have a paint guy waiting. Will update once bumper comes in. Looking forward to the upgrade!

What was the rough estimate from your paint guy? I'm just wondering what ballpark figure to expect for color matching the bumper.

Guys - I gotta give Gary props because he deserves them for his service. While I'm not super duper psyched about the fact that the rings are just glued on (Gary didn't design this conversion I'm sure)...his customer service cannot be topped.
I notified Gary of my missing fog light trim on Sunday...I had the new trim piece along with the mesh for at my house in Atlanta on Wednesday.
That is top notch service that no one can argue with. Thank you Gary.
Now...If I can just figure out what adhesive to use to get them to stay on!!!! (my driver side one was on the verge of falling off too)

Got everything done yesterday, and everything looks great. Major change to the looks of the car.
For the Gary PDC brackets, you remove them by sliding a screwdriver under each one, and snapping off the 4 plastic welds on each one. Do same on old bumper. Then, you have to trim the PDC brackets, and glue them onto the Gary bumper. A good body shop can do this. I wish the new bumper came with the old PDC mounts, but it is doable.
Ill post up some pics tomorrow.
