I've had a few visits to the drag strip since earlier this year after I got my baseline dyno back in March (Put down 418-431 whp and 467-478wtq in 65F weather on a dynojet - Click for Vid) and yes I know big deal cos these numbers don't mean jack. Car was running from 12.45 - 13.xx
(don't ask lol).

After first visit to the track some changes had to be made stat
.
Split cooling with BMW reservoir with smaller H/E in series and wired the pump to ACC key position.![naughty](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/naughty.gif)
While at it, I added custom intake scoops and a Eurocharged tune in July and gained 46whp and 33rwtq in 90F. Thank you Jerry (Eurocharged) and Adam from Malone's Auto (owner of that sick White CL65 posted in here somewhere).
Recently got my hands on a pair of clk steelies with Hoosiers so figured since I haven't picked up the wheel adapters (thanks Craig), I might as well try for my best run on street tires.
Anyway now to the good stuff. On my October trip, I got to do several runs, with no cool down and a 3-5 car wait between runs. All in, 14 runs that night with 4 runs @ 12.1 and 3 runs @ 12.2 with my best 60ft at 1.93. 2 videos from that night below.
This track sits at 1002 ft above sea level and I'm thinking VHT/Track prep is a foreign concept around here
. I just don't see sub 1.9x 6's happening with their prep routine/lack thereof.
Oh btw, all my runs are with the transmission in M. I seem to shift it better than leaving it in S-D or S-1
Hit up the strip last minute on Friday and man was it packed
. Apparently it was the last night of the year and track is closed till March so rest assured there were all kinds of cars (Ford expedition and all). Figured since I had my helmet with me I might as well indulge. Managed to get only 2 runs in all night and figured I might as well get some in-car videos for those that haven't tracked their beasts yet. Results:
Pardon that annoying sound (like marbles in a cup). Something is up with my point and shoot. Time for a 1080p camera anyway for better clarity and wider aspect. On a side note, I did the AC menu trick to turn the radiator fan on but I don't believe it worked
since I didn't hear my fan the whole night.
As it stands, I might still have a shot at sub 12 second passes with my current setup. Better track prep, tires or a slightly better 60' will get me there. Next trip to the strip will be with the drags
.
Finally, I Leave you all with an @$$ and face shot![naughty](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/naughty.gif)

Thanks gents. Its actually the asus transformer 10". Running torque on there over bluetooth but the lag to me is unbearable. I might try a plx wifi adapter but want to make sure it isn't just the OBD of these cars that is so slow.
The slow speeds have turned it into a giant IAT sensor for me since all the other stuff isn't as accurate as I'd like due to the lag.

I love this car and such a sick tag!
It amazes me with a tune and cooling mods and it's almost in the 11's. Are those 19's as well?
I've been searching and can't find the answer as to why the I/C system didn't come split from the factory. My Ford uses a split circuit, and I can't imagine SVT would have done it if it's not an advantage.

Thanks bro
Thanks, my wheels are actually 18". There's something about the styling that makes them appear larger than they really are. Personally the cooling circuit being joined did not bug me as much as the IC pump's functioning bugs me. It's almost as if they intended to have the car constantly running at high IATs
