168mm and cooling
I recently purchased an e55. It came with Kleemann pulley. I am unsure of the condition of my pump but it is the stock pump. I tend to get sc shut-down after two hard pulls.
I have a set of PLM shorty headers and just purchased a Eurocharged tune which will be installed shortly. Also, I live in Phx and it can get a little warm here.
Do you think I need the upgraded H/E and pump?
Are others with the 168 getting shut-down so quickly?
Is my pump just shot?
Thanks

Get an upgraded heat exchanger. There are many options there. get a new pump CM30, Meziere or Bosch (Ford Lighting).
I just replaced my Bosch with a Meziere. AITs look identical. I do recover faster, but it is not a huge difference. Once you do that, you should not have any shut down of SC
