Rotors- W211 E63 vs. E55

Are the rotors from the 03-06 E55 the same as the 07-09 E63? I know both are W211, but not sure if a change was made in this area.

E55 w/ goods, Z32 Project underway

Believe E63 are $$$$ 2pc that are not interchangeable under 6 piston calipers vs the E55 8.

2006 E55

No, the E63 comes with two piece rotors, with aluminum hats. Our E55's have one piece cast irons rotors, quite heavy. There are a number of threads on this subject.

2007 E63, 2005 Dodge Ram Hemi

Fronts are way different (2 piece vs one piece) but I think the rears are the same...
