WTB: Gloss black front grill 06 E55

Hi,

I am looking to buy a gloss black front grill for my 06 E55. If anyone has one for sale, or knows of a good place to buy one.

I also need the torx screws for the airfilter covers. The owner before me lost some of them and replaced them with screws that don't fit right.

not too many places to buy them... seems most people paint their own or take it to a paint shop.. I painted mine myself with just homedepot rattlecans and it came out good and has held up fine for a few months so far

buy a regular one off ebay and paint it yourself. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE YOUR TIME PREPPING! Improper prep, and the paint will only last a few months as gaspam mentioned. I did mine over a year ago and it still looks new.

Paint it yourself or have a paint shop do it for you.. No need to buy a new grill

Good quality paint and prep is a must else you will endlessly chase chips.

I will have a nice E55 Carbon fiber 'dipped' grill up for sale soon. Professional paint used similar to your fender, hood, etc. so it will hold up. Attached is the E63 grill someone else here did. Don't have pics on the E55 grill yet, but if your interested....

Another option many others have done is plastidip. Easy to apply and repair. None permanent.
