04 E55 Mint...Feeler.
My E55 is Black on Black, FULLY loaded (every option), Real 63 wheels with fresh continental rubber, 52k on the clock. Garage kept, and flawless for year/milage. The car is mint. Every option works. nothing on the car doesnt work properly. $4500 bumper to bumper extended warranty with road side assistance. 2 years or 20k milage left on the warranty. The car just came back from Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Vegas where service F was done, driver door striker replaced, open/close assist fixed, updated supercharger clutch, total supercharger overhaul, tcu firmware update, valve cover gaskets replaced, new belts, Fuel tank replaced, and a bunch of other little things that were on the invoice that i have to look at to remember! Im not sure if i really want to sell it as i love the car! No performance mods at all. tinted windows, thats about it. I have a Kleeman stage 3 setup sitting in my garage that id let go with it as well. Any ideas on what a good price might be for a car like this?

Sounds like a nice car. Do you really have distronic, parktronic, pano roof with solar, ipod interface, bluetooth phone, and all the other common options? That is a truly loaded car. Nice low miles too.
Read up on Nada and Kelly. The prices they list are suggested asking prices, with the expectation that sale price is negotiated downward from that point. They are not listing selling prices.

E 63S Wagon Renntech, E55 Renntech, SL65, SL 55 030, ML, bunch of old ones--they come, they go...
I agree with Shadow....
there are lots of these cars for sale now....some crap, some really nice. The crap ones aren't cheap enough (they cost too much to fix, and they're still crap), and the expensive ones are just....really expensive for a 5/6 year old car. And they are still for sale, after weeks of advertising. I think maybe folks are relying too much on NADA and Kelley here. Remember, the books don't write checks. 5/6 year old supersedans are just harder to sell than it looks. Sounds like the right one tho...
Oh, and I'd like to have it too! let us know....

Yeah, it was intended as kind of a trick question.
Sounds like you have a great '04 - low miles, high content, and with warranty. You'll get the most $$$ for it, though I don't claim to know exactly what that number might be...

i am thinking these cars are going at about 5K below nada book value as i just looked mine up and it said it would be $32.5K and i paid about 5k less than that.... if i could sell it for book value i would do it in a second and pocket the spread and go deal hunting

Can really go by the blue book values. Also you car is fully loaded, can only be a handful running around loaded like that (including mine). I'm sure it will get snagged on here by someone that can truly appreciate it.
On a side note you said it had a TCU firmware update from the dealer. Does the invoice give any detail about it? I'd be interested to know what they did. Can you notice any difference in the shifting?
Thanks

I dont really want to sell it. Its a thought that comes and goes as i need more money to fund my racecar lol. We made 987rwhp open gate 12lbs of boost through a th400. high boost runs coming soon! Only problem is im borrowing a friends motec setup to tune the car. computer setup i need is roughly about 18k so i kinda need the money for that.

Dont sell the E55, your racecar is a $$$ pit. Alot of guys here get seller's remorse after selling their E55. They mod it to the max and sell it. Then miss it and try to buy another one and mod it again.

It is not really street legal but with the cooling system that Tbal was referring to, the car sees ambient temps of no higher than 60F no matter what its like outside, and can be driven for about an hour and a half without having to add ice to the intercooler. Other then that its very street friendly. 1995 Toyota Supra 3.2 litre Garret pro mod 91mm turbo. made 987rwhp at 12lbs of boost lol. hasnt made 2000 yet but it wont be an issue at 35psi+.
