Headrest not retracting

The headrest button is broke and the rest if stuck all the way up. Is there a manual way to lower this. I know you can take it out, but cant find a way to lower it. Can this be done??

Whilst holding the button down, give the headrest a good push down at the same time. Sometimes they just stick.
Worked for me
