There should be another hole below it. The second hole should have a rubber grommet and there a metal pipe go into the rubber grommet. Trace the pipe and see if it come loose somewhere.
Also did you check to see if the hose that go under the tb come loose.
When you re-install the tb, put some silicone gasket maker material where the gaskets go. That will eleminate any future leaks. Good luck.
