Because of this stupid direct signature, the package is going back to you.

And no, I can't request them to hold the package at one of their locations because according to them the package dimensions are too large and they cannot hold it. And either way, I'm not borrowing a truck to go pick up a box that is 122" x 39" x 10".

Once again, a direct signature is ridiculous especially for a lip. No one is going to walk off with a box that is 10' in length. I've had several other packages delivered and left of much higher value. A simple signature release could have been good enough. Just terrible and exhausting dealing with FedEx.
Did you buy a Godhand? Gary, I'll take it off your hands when it returns, I know the phone # for Fedex

Honestly I am way over it. Direct signature is stupid period. Who is going to take a day off of work to sit home all day and wait for FedEx for some worthless package? Indirect signature could have been better.

Call them and hold it??? HAHAHAHA! Like I didn't try that one! Do I need to take a screen shot where it states "This is a Problem... This option is not available for this shipment."

Supposedly the package is too BIG for them to hold. But I guess it isn't too big for their delivery truck.

This has really been a ****ty ordeal. Nothing against Gary but requesting a direct signature was a major fail.

They have their box dimensions all screwed up. The box is more like 6 feet long, not 10 feet. FedEx and their crappy customer service strikes again. UPS for the win.

Wow..
I've never heard a complaint about requesting a signature from any of my customers EVER.

Thanks for letting me know that you are over with it. I just processed a full refund to you.

Thanks for the opportunity and sorry it didn't work out.

I would request a signature request again if I had to do it over because at least I still have my product back.

seven6zero, please email me your paypal email and phone # if you want it.

^ When I said I was over it, I was talking about FedEx. They can't deliver the package, then you request a hold and they tell you they can't hold it. So they keep trying to deliver at the same time in the middle of the day even though you tell them no one will be available.

I've been waiting months for this lip and prepaid a while ago to secure it. Dealing with FedEx and this direct signature has been a nightmare. I have finally got them to hold the package but they don't know where the package is. I frickin' hate FedEx.

I wouldn't be complaining if I didn't want this lip so bad. To wait this long for it and then finally have it come so close and not being able to secure it is crazy.

^ thanks I appreciate your understanding. FedEx has really been screwing around. Once again they got the hold location screwed up. Hopefully, HOPEFULLY, tomorrow I can pick it up. Damn FedEx.

Gary is a top notch vendor. Thanks again.

Thanks again Gary. The lip is top notch and fitment was spot on. It fit so well that I only used self tapping screws and no tape. I was even able to mock up and install the lip myself with the use of jack stands. Install was a breeze and took maybe 30 minutes.
