School me on the Eurocharged TCU mod ... does it get rid of torque limiters?

I am debating on getting the TCU mod from Eurocharged.

For those that have it, can you explain exactly what changed? How the car reacts on shifts? Does the TCU upgrade get rid of the torque limiters? I know that power can't be made from a TCU mod, but I'm assuming it "releases" a great deal of limiting factors.

I'm just curious whether it is worth the $6xx to get it or spend elsewhere.

Thanks in advance for the tips and advice.

Are you saying the upgrade is unnecessary?

Eurocharged Performance ML63 and TT lambo
Rpm limiter increase
Torque limiter removal
Faster shifting
Increased line pressure
full manual mode that doesn't autoshift on you...

It really makes a difference. We have had veterans on this forum tell us that this should have been their second mod.

we actually have all our tuning on sale right now...

.
Does the modified TCU prevent the transmission from doing "shift adaptations" which seem to make the car more and more sluggish over time?

I don't care if the car still "adapts" in Comfort mode, but it seems like "Sport" mode is where the new TCU is really designed to improve shift firmness / quality and it would be awesome if the new programming eliminated the need for the "sneaky TCU reset" to keep Sport Mode running strong.

Bummer.

The TCU upgrade seems to get rave reviews and with the special holiday pricing, it's going to be hard to resist.
