Cost for Star lowering?

I paid $100 for the Star lowering and ended up making a friend as well. He reads all my codes that throw and he helps me with my W140 and W203 as well.

Do we have Recommended Star Settings Per Wheel Size?
Might be dumb/noob question 
...but...are there any recommended settings, per wheel size?
As example, I just bought MaxH SL65 19in wheels. Does anyone know the "perfect" non-rubbing lowering spec that I can give to a MB tech?
Having this infor, per size of wheel, I think would be beneficial to all...so Chime In!

I am going to add 19" wheels to mine also and wondered the same thing how low should we go for the perfect fit ?
