Yep. But, this seems to be a promotional price, that won't last. But yeah, you have to pre-pay in full, at time of booking and it's non-refundable for any reason. I actually haven't made my reservation yet, as I'm still trying to gauge the wifey situation....

Yeah, its cheaper that way, but I can cancel in a heart beat if needed, That is, the entire city of Pittsburgh would need to be without power for me not to come, LOL

wish i had read this BEFORE making a reservation!! DOH!! fortunately hotels.com was very helpful in getting my reservation cancelled at the garden hilton and rebooked at the hilton polaris. see everyone in june!

Yep, needed the giraffe's "inspiration". That's the only we were able to get it all on there. Sitting here right now it just sort of looks like "Tmfst22"!

Room block is set up. $145 a night.

Here is what I got from Amanda at the Hilton.

"It became up and running today. The Group Code for the group is "TIMMAY" and they can also call in to 614-885-1600 and ask for the Timmayfest block rate to book their rooms."

That rate was a prepay in full rate and had to be booked in the month of January. Rate has gone up.
