So i noticed through the lower front center grill you can see the ground, what is with that? Also, the front passenger headlights deffinetly have a larger gap on the grill side as opposed to the drivers headlights.

E55 w/ goods, Z32 Project underway
Looking good, like the color. Not the typical boring W211 color.
It fits. Reminder, on the stock E55 bumper , the front tray slips over the top of the bottom-no attachment up front. On the E63 bumper, the tray length is fine, it's that the gap is in height. The E63 bumper also has foam reinforcement pieces that should be bonded to the bottom (might be missing from a few cars pictured here). The tray front sits on top of these. So yes there is a gap, but not in length, the E63 bumper sits lower and with those foam pieces the gap widens a tad. It is still very secure and nothing is dangling, at least should not be. Tough to tell, but it appears by the pics that the bumper might not have the foam pieces. These are bonded (urethane/epoxy) to the bumper.

211-885-03-16 Reinforcement For Lower Bumper center $28.50 (This part bonds to the inside of the bumper on the lower center I would use window urethane
to bond to bumper)
211-885-07-16 Reinforcement For Lower Bumper $25.00 (This part bonds to the inside of the bumper on the lower Left side I would use window urethane to bond to bumper)
211-885-08-16 Reinforcement For Lower Bumper $25.00 (This part bonds to the inside of the bumper on the lower Right I would use window urethane to bond to bumper)

Just received mine a few minutes ago, here are some unboxing pics...
I will be going to the body shop later this week so if any of you want more specific close-ups pre-install of the product let me know before it goes.
This is the box that was delivered. Was shipped last Thursday and I got it Wednesday of the following week, CA to FL. The box is odd shaped and huge, but it is super light! Lighter than a gallon of water, imho.
Accessories were in separate boxes
Corners were reinforced with foam
Back side
There's a sheet of plastic covering the whole bumper, and inside, the bumper is wrapped in bubble wrap.
For those of you wanting to put LEDs or different colored fog bulbs, the kit comes with these installed... just so you know what size to buy, it is a H7.
Easier to have it put in during bumper install I suppose...
This bumper is so light I can almost lift it with my index finger without straining
Can't wait for my body shop appointment to get this puppy painted and installed!

Visited the car yesterday at the shop...
I showed up unannounced and walked into the bay. At the time, the bumper had been painted and assembled. The manager was with the guys pointing out paint imperfections that still needed further buffing/sanding. I like this type of attention to detail
Fog light & grille, along with chrome strip, all included by Suvneer, installed perfectly.
Clips that hold in the front grille were also supplied by Suvneer in the kit.
The bumper support (black plastic piece) and the energy absorbers (foam blocks) transferred from my original bumper. The shop had to trim some pieces to fit the E63 bumper, as you can see by around the side vents due to the shape difference of the two bumpers.
I didn't get to see it on the car yet but I asked them how the fit was for an aftermarket bumper like this. He told me that he was very surprised that the fit was so perfect, and that most aftermarket bumpers that he comes across are "incredibly rough" and need a lot of work to fit & finish correctly. He concluded by saying that this "is probably the highest quality aftermarket bumper he has seen". This made me extremely happy!
I pick up the car later today, will post pics of the finished job here.

The headlights are original, part of the Premium 2 package (HID projector lights and keyless go).
Car is a 07 E350 Sport with P2 package. So the grille is already facelifted and fits this bumper.
I admit it looks sort of out of place on a non-AMG car, so the next thing I'm going to do is lower the car and then put some 20's on there Lowering will require new springs as the 350 does not have airmatic and is not computer adjustable like you AMG folks

The bumper support and foam blocks transferred from my OEM bumper, these are not included with the kit. Some trimming was required but looked simple enough. I would assume that mine was a bit easier to transfer since my bumper was a facelifted 07. I can't say for sure if these things will transfer without much modification from anything before 07, though.
I specifically asked the shop manager to pay attention to any issues encountered while fitting this bumper so I can give you guys some honest feedback, and here's what he detailed out for me:
1. The fog light power connectors that are supplied with the kit's fog lights don't "snap lock" into the OEM cable as they are supposed to. You know how in OEM, two cables fit together and there is a plastic piece that is supposed to snap in to lock the two together? Well the one with this kit doesn't seem to fit up to the OEM locking pin, so the body shop just reinforced them with zip ties. Not a big deal, I don't think they will ever come apart being that they are fog light connectors, but I did ask him to be as specific and nit-picky as possible.
2. The clips that are supplied with this kit to attach the front center mesh grille (seen in one of my pics of the bumper painted pre-install in a previous post), in his opinion, were not sufficient to securely hold the grille in place, and were quite flimsy. They simply used OEM clips instead, which they had in stock at the shop. Again, not a big deal, but it was an observation.
3. There were some rough edges when the bumper came out of the mold (as do most aftermarket bumpers, I assume). They called this 'flashing'. These things needed to be sanded down smooth before painting began, as you can imagine. There were some, but not much, and definitely better than most other aftermarket kits they have come across.
Overall, like I said in a previous post, the bumper is probably the highest quality aftermarket one my body shop has seen come through their shop, and they kept telling me how other bumpers (me mentioned cheap BMW M conversions) that come off the internet are so horrible they sometimes don't even fit at all, and require hours and hours of shaping before it can even be test fitted. They told me that they were skeptical at first when I told them I wanted to go this route, but when I brought the bumper to them, and they started working on it, they were relieved and surprised at the fit and finish compared to others. Kudos to suvneer on this!
My body shop is The Body Werks in Daytona Beach FL. They did a full repaint/restore on my SLK32 AMG a year ago and are the MB dealer recommended body shop in the area.
Price wise, I paid $720 for paint and install, including labor and parts in straightening out whatever was bent on the radiator from hitting that stupid raccoon that cracked my original bumper, which started this whole ordeal. So I couldn't precisely tell you how much of that was for the bumper and install only... I would assume somewhere around $500, as I see about $200 in parts on my invoice.
I hope this helps you guys who are looking for the details on this kit and the install process.
