do you concur?
they don't mention any aftermarket warranties... which I believe could extend the 'non-maintenance' life of the car

LOL - the MB Dealer in SF called me today, they dropped the price to $35k

still a lot, even for CPO and 21k miles...

If it's a CPO and only 21k miles then you should have no problem getting a warranty. I got my '04 with 22k miles and got and additional 80k mile warranty with no problem.
