Idle hanging after some engine mainenance. Help Please
Hi guys,
Today i changed the rocker cover gasket, cleaned and oiled my k&N filters and gave the throttle boday a wipe.
Now for some reason my revs hang when i rev it and when it finally comes down (sometimes 30seconds) the car idles higher then usual.
I have checked the only vac lines that i played with (front drivers side of top of engine) and they all seem good.
Could i have damaged the throttle body? I did get my fingers in there to clean it.
Cheers
Adrian

Well all back to normal thanks to the search engine on this forum. I ended up fluking it by sticking my hand around the back on the engine and pushing the pipe in.
It should be written in the how to threads for the gaskets about this pipe.
