it really depends on the shop installing it. The pulley is typically a 1.5-2 hour job billed out..

What are the different pulley sizes and what's the amount of boost each one creates. Looking at my options and I'm new to the AMG world. Came over from the C6Z world.

If you are planning on additional cooling mods and stuff like headers and throttle body do a 180mm. If not stay with the 172mm. The 180 makes a great deal of heat, and if you are not prepared for the additional cooling, you will not get the full benifit.

I'm doing long tube headers, 3" x-pipe, axle back exhaust, 82mm throttle body, cooling system, carbon or 3" intake tubing, tuning and pulley. I'm wanting maximum power. Are there any other power mods that you guys suggest at eurocharged?

may as well do the S/C pulley on top of the 180 crank pulley
and throw in a killer chiller to boot

Yes, check out the fuel rail systems a lot of guys are running. The set up you are looking at could potentially allow #8 to go lean under certain conditions. That has toasted a number of 55ks.
