These units are bolt on and ready to install. There will be cutting of the bumper required. I have also been told that you can install these without removing the bumper.
There are instructions that I can email, so please send me your email address if you wish to see it. You can also "search" the forum and there are many pictures and install threads that you can see. It's VERY easy to install.
We have noticed a 20 degree drop in Intake Air Temp with the use of this Heat Exchanger. It also increases the capacity of fluid and is a true dual pass.
