Are front rotors the same offset between E55, SL65 and CLS55?

Are front rotors the same offset between E55, SL65 and CLS55?
hey guys,
i found a set of SL65 390MM rotors for a good price. Are the offsets of the hats the same between those and my CLS55? I know the CLS55 with 030 came with those rotors, were the hats different? I know the caliper will have to be spaced our backwards as well, but that's pretty easy with some adapters.
