Black and red are classic together. maybe black logos to pull it together.
for anyone wanting to rebuild brembo calipers, try zeckhausen racing. they carry all the dust boots and seals and pistons for stoptech calipers. they are a perfect match for the brembos. i have new seals and pistons in my 6 pots with great results

I think it will look sick bt, once you mount the calipers in red and yellow, coupled with the vossens and the rest of your beast, it will pop real hard.

Thanks guys for all the comments so far (Clayton and Marcus - told the girl at the shop who said the same "Mc Donald's" thing when she heard we were THINKING about the color combo and she literally almost fell out of the chair laughing at what you guys said
- yeah they were cleared today and being put back on either today or tomorrow. . .I'm really curious to see what it looks like on the car. . .I LOVE how the red came out - definitely think that the orangish/gold hues are being pulled from the red on the calipers and the lighting. . .but I think it'll still balance out nicely; As we were talking about doing the yellow, I was already asking how easy it would be to go back and switch decal colors and they said the brakes wouldn't even need to come of the car. . .I think what's throwing everybody off (including me) is how prominent the yellow is (especially in the close up pics) but the decals are the exact same size as the stockers and when I look at picks of my car - it should only be the faintest of highlights . . . In the pics below, you barely even notice the "AMG" on the calipers. . .
AND HELL YES FOR THE JOINT SHOOT!!!!!!!!!!!! (still one of my favorite pics)

Man, i think it's going to look sick.. i think i would have done black lettering on the calipers but after seeing the Ferrari caliper i see what your going for and like it. Brotha, the above pic's are sweet but if your going for 10/10ths which i know you are, wrap the window trim. I had the same tarnished "purple" look and had them wrapped (it was cheap, like $60) in gloss black vinyl. made a huge difference.. let me know if you want a pic.
your car is hot as he!! and only getting hotter with the 63 front end coming!
Bill.

Thanks Bill!!!!!!!. . .Had no idea a simple wrap could take care of it. . .been looking for a way to get rid of it as you're right - it breaks up the lines and not in a good way - SO going to jump all over that as soon as I find a place that will do it. . .It's amazing how the little things can make a difference (Tal was the first one to hip me to the chrome light bulbs to get rid of the egg yoke in the front head lights) and now this. . .
Thanks again!!!!!

Cant wait to see the front end and those wheels. If you think about selling them let me know. I am having the hardest time deciding what wheels to go with but I always loved the CV3s on your car. I've got the E63 conversion sitting in my parts room. Seeing yours will only help motivate me to get mine done.

Just got sent these - real pics of everything together should be coming next week (really curious to see what they look like with wheels and natural light). . .

When you cut your next video, could you also add in some cruises by shopping malls and valet parking restaurants, I just want to prove to the rest of the fella's that panty dropping does happen, it is not a myth or just a saying. Make sure you get it on film as proof though.
After that, then you can head back to some winter foilage, and capture some nature shots.

Thanks for sharing homey Where are the Vossens, I will go ahead upfront, and give you the "certified" stamp Everything here is WINNING, so I feel confident that the pre-approval is appropriate

Looks good so far, BT. Is that at Emile's joint?
The second I get it back - I'm driving it to them so I can get an oil change
