E55 6 disk CD Changer Power Door Mechanism Is Screwed Up
Hey Guys...today I switched out my 6 CDs and when the door closed, it started making a "clicking" sound, and althought the CDs played fine, the hinged door is stuck??
I can move it around, and get it to open, but then when it closes, it does the same thing (wtf)...it gets better...I got it to stop by wiggling it, shut off the car and went inside for an hour or so, got back in my car, and it was just "clicking away"!!!!
Anyone have this issue? Is there a fix? Should I cut power (battery disconnect or?) to see if this resets? Help!
