Yea not sure why he dosent have a printer. We had the wideband go out and not give good readings for AFR so we ended up doing like 13 pulls I think. Next time I will be more prepared at the track for sure though. The last pass I finally figured out how the car launched best

Same ole story for me. 11.06@125 w/1.68 60'
Lots of cars and temp in car said 61* for my last run. I decided to go for broke, and boosted the hell out of it on launch. I about **** myself, when I saw the 1.59 60'! But as V12 racing goes, if it's not early, it's not fast. Even though it was a monster 60', my 15 minutes in the staging lanes did me in, and she only turned an 11.1x. My MPH dropped, so I knew my day was done. I had my wife with me, so I was just glad to be able to drive it the 2 hours home, after that launch.
Next time....
Again.

He was having some issue but I will let him chime in on that. Damn that car looks so good in person and the swap is just incredible
I was having misfire issues at the top of third. Didn't want to launch it and risk breaking axles if it was going to misfire anyway. Didn't even bother putting ice in the resvoir or anything. So I left really easy (2.0 60' vs my usual 1.50ish) and ran 11.2 @ 130 while misfiring. Once I get that figured out and axles the car should run basement 10s I would think. Left half a second on the table in the first 60' alone haha and that usually translates to twice as much on the big end but I doubt it would in this case

When I found out that the 4 ton diesel truck, that ran right behind me, ran a 10.9x, I walked straight back to my car, jacked it up, and pulled the DRs off. Day over.
So now what? I swore I wasn't gonna mod it anymore but I think I'm gonna pull out that rear battery and throw in a braille. My DRs are shot, so I think I'll take you up on your offer. Then, I'm gonna toss the keys to my 100 lb wife, and watch her make a 10.99 pass.

Yep. You and Jason, aka Capo1 and Capo2 in the MB drag scene, have been telling me forever to take my skirt off and just launch the stupid thing. Jason looked at me, held up 3 fingers and says 3-grand, with a smirk. Well, my ***** weren't that big, but I nudged her out of pre-stage and into full-staged at 2200, letting her boost up. I could feel the brakes struggling to keep her in the beams and she almost rolled out of stage. I stood on the brake pedal, and the big binders responded. With a stab of my right leg, she slingshotted out of the hole, and didn't grenade the rear. I glanced up at the scoreboard and saw that '59, and just knew I had my 10. As luck would have it, she hiccuped on the 2-3, which has never ever happened.

What a fun day. There was one point where I looked around at all the friends I've made here, and the 70-something cars, each one amazing, and realized what a fortunate bunch we are. Sometimes I forget.
Thanks again to everyone. I really do have a lot of fun at these things, regardless of the outcome. My wife had a blast too....in 5" heels.

LOL...nice job Clayton, you are still magnificent.
Next time for sure brother!
As for the V12, keep in mind it is a 6+ hour trip back to NY, then unload and what not. Last event we didn't not get home until 12, but we stopped for dinner too.
I'm sure he will update when he has a chance but I wouldn't expect much until tomorrow.

The lighter DR's alone will get you in the tens. I also have a braille battery you can use man, it was just sitting there all day lol. If you do all that you will go quicker than 10.99 More like 10.7 Stop by the Ahmad shop at the track next time. We will get you that 10 second slip just listen to me lol
And for you, let's do that super secret stuff we were mocking up on your car, at the dyno shop. It's so brilliant in it's simplicity.

Great guys and a great track day for sure. I was wound up but hopefully tolerable. Nice to run and not break any rear end parts. Track was hooking very well today.

Do you remember asking me to do a 30mph roll-on at the 60' mark? Halarious. I was looking for you, but we never hooked up after that. We trap almost identically, so it would've been a great race!

There were 84 total cars running and I think every last one of them was amazing. Everything from Paul Major cutting a 1.16 60' tripping the beams with his rear tires to the Ferrari that actually put it on the track, Was awesome!
Thanks man. Maybe before the next one, I'll swing by your crib and we can do a test fit. We tried before but I can't remember what didn't work. Lugs, spacers, rubbing? Can't remember. But I think I'm going to accept your help with the DRs and battery. And crap, I still haven't had a chance to get my TTM intake put on the car. Bruce was so very generous, and I'm just letting the parts sit in a box.

My wife and I were drooling all day over that Panny Turbo. No idea that was you. Hell, I don't think I even saw you all day.
