Chirp no more but worst

Drag a few times with friends last night, it was fun. I usually get the famous chirp sound when starting to move a bit, but after some runs last night, it becomes real bad, its not chirpping anymore but replaced with cracking sound, checked the clutch and I see no problem and the belt as it is quite tied, also I had the bearing changed for about a year ago, so wheres the cracking sound came from?

And here is a video of the clutch, please tell me if that sound normal, thanks.

I've never seen the gears inside one of these superchargers but eaton superchargers have a plastic/nylon coupler inside that wears out and makes pretty much that same noise due to increased play in the coupler.

Maybe it's time to open up the supercharger. But...can you make a video of the sound with the engine on? My supercharger does pretty much the same thing and it doesn't sound odd with the engine on.

i did more research and pearlpower has a DIY SC idler pulley to change the bearings. Also exotic metal 55 got ASP to design the aluminum 3 pulley set last year.

I think the problem is not related to the video but now the chirp is replaced with something like a quick "kakaka" sound! I was told the clutch makes the chirp so I was guessing its the problem of the clutch, or actually is there anything else? Thanks for the input guys

Check with James at ACG. He may have some in stock still.

I have just checked all my pulleys and they are ok smooth and not shaking, so am I cracking my supercharger? And actually where exactly that the chirp sound is coming from?
