Accessing the Engineering menu on the display

I have read a few threads and write ups on how to access the engineering menu on the nav/radio.

I can get into the engineering main menu by holding Mute - Service - End Call in that order. However when I try to input any of the following I cannot get into the sub menu inside the engineering menu to access the important features.

So far I have tried:

* # Left arrow
# * Left arrow
1, 3 Left Arrow
1, 3 , 9

Does anyone have any help they can offer. I'm so close lol

You can only access it if you have the Euro Comand unit

hmmm so how do I go about finding out if I have that. again I can Access the engineering menu just fine. I just cant get into the sub menu with DrDist etc etc

North American cars = no euro nav
