Header Install... Parts Question

I'm planning on installing my headers this upcoming weekend but just wanted to make sure I had everything ready. Does anyone know the part numbers for the gaskets? Also should I buy new screws and bolts as well and does anyone know the part numbers on those or size. I just got off the phone with the dealership and the guy was struggling to even find the parts.
Ive read most of the install guides and it seems pretty straight forward just want to make sure I dont get half way through it then I'm missing something.

Dont worry about the studs, they can be reused. Buy new copper nuts and gaskets. I ordered mine through Pelican parts and the items are listed under the e55 category.

For future reference to DIY header installers, here are the MB part numbers:

Gasket 112 142 01 80 (8 req.)
Stud 272 990 00 05 (16 req.)
Nut (M6) 112 142 00 72 (16 req.)

Several of the studs are likely to back out with the nuts during removal of the stock manifolds. The install will go faster if you don't have to waste removing the old lock nuts off the studs before reinstalling, plus you run the risk of damaging some of the stud threads during nut removal if you're not careful.

These bits aren't prohibitively expensive, so if your budget permits, it's worth having them on hand to do the job right on the first try and without avoidable delays.

Not going to lie that install was a pain in the ***. Every stud backed out on us and some of those header nuts are really hard to get to. But we finally got it done and the results are awesome. The car feels like it continues to pull hard right through the redline when before it felt like it was slowly losing power. Definitely feel satisfied with this upgrade. Pretty safe and proven first mod.
Thanks komp55 for that awesome write up. It helped tremendously.

I've done the install 6 different times now and that's exactly why I always advise having spare studs and nuts on hand before doing the headers.

Which headers did you install?

I'm pretty sure 16 gaskets are required as well.

We should meet up at NED april 6th. Well get that intake on and see what you run. I think I'm going to bring my new talon there to see what it will do.

Some PLM shorties. I can even tell there is a slightly lower exhaust note.

how did you thread the stud back in? Do you first thread it back into the block or can you thread it with manifold at the same time ?

Use vice grips to get the nuts off the studs then just thread the studs back into the head before you install the manifold. I would recommend anyone to get all new studs. Every single one came out when I did it. You could thread them through the manifold flange but it would be difficult and you wouldn't be able to tweak them tight very easily.

you could also thread the studs into the block before you install the new headers. would be very helpful in holding the gaskets in place while you fit new headers.
