there is no "fuse" per se to pull and check. It is part of the elec. fuse that runs/monitors the lighting system. so i would check the wires go to the light its self.

I could be wrong but when I checked on my C230 that is what I think I remember. I couldn't never even figure what fuse controlled the lighting system.

IF the light was out or bulb disconnected you must reset the warning message to get power back ot the light and a key cycle. if the circuit doesn't see resistance then power will not go out to the light. there is an internal bypass like a circuit breaker inside that watches for proper resistance.
So to fix it working bulb in socket
reset warning light
cycle key to ignition on all the lights on but not started
then turn light on on

Chances are the connectors on the pigtail have corroded. I've had to replace both of mine. Just unplug the connector from the rear of the fog light and then unplug the pigtail from the harness. There should be a white tag on the pigtail with the special AMG part number. They're about $12 apiece. Make sure the blade connectors on the bulbs are clean and shiny. If not, clean them or just replace the bulbs.
