Ok so I was changing my supercharger belt this eve. I also decided to change the tensioner pulley as well. Here is the problem. I torqued the bolt to 19lbft and the pulley does not spin when the car is running. I loosened it a bit and it sounds like it is going to fly off. I used the stock bolt and washer am I missing something?

 

Never mind had a complete brain fart had pulley on backwards.
