Green calipers is ricey. I would go with Red, Yellow, or the new AMG bronzish gold color. Not sure what it's called... You can keep the baskin robbins ice cream colors.

Danish, and justin, I hear you guys... Justins calipers look good on a gray car, because it's not as loud like it would be on a solid black car for example. I still wouldn't do it. But, maybe thats my age starting to show.
I think they look cool on imports that are slammed at car shows. WRX's, Honda's, 370z's etc...
No offense to anyone. I just feel it dumbs down a fine luxury car that was built for the business class. If you show up to work in a corporate or business setting with green brakes on a Mercedes. People may not take you seriously.

People are curious why I chose green instead of the "normal" colors. Always get the question "I love the car... What made you choose green for the brakes?"

i definitly would do a light sand down so you have a nice base coat even a high temp primer might be a good idea. Don't forget pic's and don't do blue so i can do it haha j.k blue was my color of choice.

Looks good which brand did you use. And if you used G2 with the paint brush did it come out like it had too much orange peel. The ones I've seen done with paint in a can vs spray can have all looked like that.
