LPL-E320-cdi

Hi all, for some reason my IR/RF key doesn't open the lock anymore and it doesn't help standing close to the IR receiver either. I've checked fuses, IR light, both keys, battery and all look ok. Perhaps a few radio channels have poor reception. Checked Nav system - it works as usual. Where shall I look...? Thus, it does not appear to be isolated RF but both IR & RF related. Is there 1 fuse and I'm missing it?

Just found that lights on the car are no longer working when light switch is in "0"....! This usually works?!
Any suggestions?
