Never bothered replying to that thread.
There's always a story from side A and a story from side B, then the actual truth. Arguing over the internet would be as pointless as installing a VRP pulley product in one's car. Those who personally know me, know who I am as a member who contributes and helps the community with their troubles whether on the forum or by my own hands.

If it's about the $250, send me the invoice and I'll give you the payment. Didn't know $250 was a really big priority.

The only thing that came out from this was a bad broken pulley and torn belts. Those who are running these should seriously consider getting something else.

Everything in my original thread regarding our conversations was copied and pasted straight from the pm's between you and I. If you like I can post them again What was posted was the actual truth and this is the reason for everyone's reaction. Bottom line is that you traded me a bad pulley and I traded you a brand new pulley, when I told you that the pulley was bad and it could not be fixed the first thing that you should have done was to make the deal right by either paying me what I paid for the 175 or trade the 175 back and it would have been end of the story. You did neither

Ah yeah sure you will, let me refresh your memory:

So its July comes around and I get the 180 in the mail and I notice that the keyway was damaged. I pm'd BA and asked him "why didn't he tell me that the keyway was damaged and I told him that I was going to send it to ASP to see if they could fix it and that I would let him know the cost. BA replied "Really? I didn't think it was that bad. Installer probably really messed up because I'm sitting here with a chewed up crank that needs to be fixed somehow"

I then forwarded the pics to BA and on August 6th BA replied and said "Trade back or I'll pay for the 175. Let me know" I replied I bought the pulley from Shardul for $250 (in case he wanted to verify that's how much I paid) and that he could paypal me the $250. I also let him know that Shardul had taken the pulley to 3 or 4 different places for repair and not a single shop wanted to touch it. BA replied " Sure thing man. so $250 to my(Jack's) paypal account" he added "Sucks it couldn't work out. Anyway i'll forward the payment and could you send the 180 back?"

On August 8th BA sends me a pm saying that he's just saving up funds. Give him a week.

Sept 1st, BA sends me a pm saying "Hey man sorry for the reply. I know this is not right and its too bad the 180 is rendered useless. I'm really low on cash but I'm trying to borrow some money and I'll forward it to you once I can. I feel bad trust me I'll get your money soon as one of my friends is looking for a pulley"

Sept 24th he pm's me again after I said to him "this is not cool bro, I'm out
$250 and I'm trying to be cool but "seriously bro" his response is "alright man my friend is going to paypal you the money, send the pulley to the address he provides in the payment info

I told him that I would send the pulley as soon as I receive the funds and at that point I will provide him with a tracking number.

Sept 29th BA pm's me again "hey tomorrow hopefully"

Oct 24th BA pm's me again and says "So you want the 175 back or the $250. I thought you wanted the $250 vs the pulley.

I then told him look you've already installed the 175 pulley on your car and quiet frankly I can't trust that you will return the pulley the same way you got it. You asked for the trade back in June and I agreed but I told you that the pulley you sent me was bad, the 1st thing that you should have done was pay me for the 175 which cost me $250 and I would have sent the 180 back to you once I received the $250. Do whats right, you are enjoying a brand new pulley for free which isn't right. You could have sent me $25 a week and been done by now or sent me half in good faith but you have done nothing and you continue to post on the forum like its ok. I got news for you for its not cool. Send me the cash and its all good

You never bothered to reply and none of your buddies vouched for you either!
Principle is what matters not the $250, YOU basically stole the pulley from Hammer and now your a$$ has been handed to you. Hope you learn from your mistake!
