Time to give a big thanks for my 10.51 pass!
A short few months ago i said i was going after the record and a lot of people doubted me but its finally here. My biggest thanks go out to Ahmad and Jerry. Without those guys this wouldn't be possible for me. Ahmad and I spent countless hours getting this thing together and coming up with idea's and he was also responsible for Jerry coming up to tune it. Jerry tuned the car and has it running better and stronger than i even imagined. I also want to thank BK(lowprofile) for giving me something to chase after and also advice. That shows the kind of guy he is to give me advice to break his own record. Also thanks to Chawkins for posting the slips. I have a feeling this record wont be around for long as there are others going after it but i think i'm just getting started............
10.51@132 with the DA over 1000ft. She will fly this fall

...but did you lift the skinnies???.....or we won't know until next time? I may have to make a trip down in the fall....funny for you to say your ears hurt, inside the car with a helmet on... try being on the outside!!!

No chance I lifted the skinnies. The track was completely hit or miss. The very next pass I flat footed it like I did the 10.51 pass and blew the tires off instantly. They did some track prep but the big horsepower cars actually made a bare spot at the line and were spinning too. This fall should be interesting.

Congrats Steve! You put in alot of hard work to achieve these times. I'm glad I was able to help. Can't wait to see what the future holds in store. I know you're not done yet and hopefully I will be able to keep up lol

Keep up lol. Man I watched you roll of the line nice and easy and bust off a 10.80 with the car not even running right. Just on a hard launch you would break my record. Looks like we are going to have a lot of nights working until 2am again lol.

LOL!!! hmmmm........What can we thank Clayton for?????I'll think about this and get back to you lol. You should of came yesterday. I had the mega fan setup and could of had that V12 nice and cool for you plus bought every bag of ice my local gas station had so you could of had that 10 second slip. Come to think of it i can thank you for being the first person i talked when i attended the first rental in September 2010. Kinda seemed like you took me under your wing telling me who was who if i remember correctly lol. This fall is going to be EPIC just wait. You will be well into the 10's. Ahmad and i will be fighting for the first 9 second pass or atleast basement 10's. Its going to be good!!!!!!!

Congrats brotha, and your car is a fine example of been the E55 WORLD RECORD HOLDER.
You will definitely be able to handle your business on the street too, which makes me proud for you to be KING.
If no one was chasing your record, our small group of drag guys in this platform would not continue to push the envelope, and make these sleds faster.
